Rebecca Munroe
I was born in Coquitlam and spent my childhood playing sports; mostly soccer, softball, and gymnastics. I moved to Kelowna B.C to attain a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree in 2019 from UBC, then moved across the pond for my Masters of Physiotherapy in 2022 from Manchester Metropolitan University.
At university, I gained a strong understanding of athletic injuries through my experience as a UBC HEAT student trainer. When I moved to England, I worked in the public health system where I developed skills that helped treat a variety of conditions.

I provide evidence-based care in my practise, therefore taking an active rehab approach and supplementing with manual techniques to enhance recovery.

You can find me being active – usually CrossFit, golfing, running snowboarding, and hiking!
